1. Eligibility 1.1. Nursery - 3-3 yrs. and 6 mos. by June 1 1.2. Kinder - 4-4 yrs. and 6 mos. by June 1 1.3. Prep - 5-5 yrs. and 6 mos. by June 11.4.
Entrance Test
1. Three (3) types of tests are to be administered to the applicant who must have a rating of at least “Satisfactory” each: Ratings are as follows: 5 - Excellent (E) 4 - Very Satisfactory (VS) 3 - Satisfactory (S) 2 - Below Satisfactory (BS) 1

1. Eligibility 1.1. Nursery - 3-3 yrs. and 6 mos. by June 1 1.2. Kinder - 4-4 yrs. and 6 mos. by June 1 1.3. Prep - 5-5 yrs. and 6 mos. by June 1 1.4. Grade 1 - 6-6 yrs. and 6 mos. by June 1 (Note: An applicant for Grade 1 must have completed Preparatory level.) 1.5. High School - An applicant for First Year High School must have completed Grade 6. 2. Testing Procedures for New Students 2.1. Submit application requirements to the Registrar and secure Application Testing Fee Slip from the same. 2.2. Pay the Testing Fee at the Cashier’s office and claim the Application Form from the same. 2.3. Fill-up completely the Application Form and submit it to the Registrar. 2.4. Claim the Testing Slip from the Registrar. Take note of the date of the date of Entrance Test. 2.5. Take the test as scheduled. If for an important reason the applicant cannot come for testing on the said date, the parents should notify the Guidance Office a day before the testing so that a re-scheduling can be done. 2.6. Claim the result one week after the schedule test (as specified in the testing slip). Subject the child, together with the parent/guardian to an interview by the Assistant Principal, on the same day the result is claimed. However, a parent/guardian may request for a re-scheduling of the interview. 2.7. Enroll during the schedule enrollment period. |
