1.  Three (3) types of tests are to be administered to the applicant who must have a rating of at least “Satisfactory” each:

Ratings are as follows:

5      -  Excellent                   (E)

4      -  Very Satisfactory        (VS)

3      -  Satisfactory               (S)

2      -  Below Satisfactory      (BS)

1      -  Needs Improvement   (NI)

If an examinee obtains a rating of 2 (below satisfactory) the final decision shall be based on the result of the interview.

2.   Testing schedules will be strictly observed. If for an important reason the applicant can not come for testing on scheduled date, the parents should notify the Guidance Office a day before the testing for re-scheduling. Otherwise, the applicant may no longer be accommodated for another testing date.

3.    Results of the entrance test will be issued to parents or guardians three (3) working days after the test. Test results can be sent via mail or inquired through telephone.
