1.  An enrolled student of MQAP who subsequently transfers to another school or drops out from school after enrollment may be allowed to refund School Fees subject to the following:

1.1. The parent/guardian of the concerned student shall submit the following requirements:

1.1.1. Official Receipt (OR).

1.1.2. Registration Form (Student’s copy).

1.1.3 A letter addressed to the School Director signed by the parent/guardian stating the reason for filing of request for refund.

2.   The refundable percentages (%)
on School Fees (tuition, registration, miscellaneous, family council and student council fees) shall be as follows:
