1.  All school club activities aim to provide students with an environment where they can freely express themselves. The main objective is to bring out all the   skills and potentials of member-students while fostering cooperation and camaraderie among its members.

2.  Each club shall have meetings at least twice a week, held after class hours.

3.  As the school wants not only to tap, but also hone all the talents the child has, a student is allowed to join as many available organization that he wants as long as his schedule permits.

4.  Good academic performance shall be required before a student can join any club or organization and represent the school in any inter-school competition.

5.  Any student who performs below 80% in academic subjects shall be suspended from the club/organization until such time that his grades have improved.

6.  A student under academic probation shall not be eligible for an elective position in any extra curricular activity to enable him to fully work for the lifting of the probation status.

7.  A list of clubs/ organizations for the school year shall be issued by the Administration Office.
